Shipping Rates and Policies

 Shipping Policy


Our last day for holiday shipping is December 20,2018. All orders must be recieved by 1PM MST on that day

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. All orders are immediately processed and, if received before 2PM MST will ship the same day. Otherwise they will ship the next business day. However, all in stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

For International orders, please contact us. We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and Mexico for an additional $10 shipping charge.  We ship to Israel and Trinidad and Tobago for an additional $12.00. For other countires, please contact us at miramarjewelry@gmail.com. We would love to ship our beautiful jewelry to you. Thank you

All orders are packaged for gift giving at no additional cost to you.


Back orders: We will notify you if the product is out of stock. At that time you may choose to wait for the product to ship or you may request a refund. 

Insurance: We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely.  If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it.  Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 7 business days.  If an order is lost (United States Packages Only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.

Return Policy

We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:

  • Wrong product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.
  • Defective Item  - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.
  • If you are unsatisfied or just change your mind you have 5 days after the receipt of the item to notify us and we will gladly exchange the item for a different item. Return postage to be paid by the customer.
  • If you want a refund, and will not be exchanging the item for another, we will gladly refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs if you notify us within 5 days. If it is after 5 days we will only issue you a credit for the purchase price minus our shipping and handling costs. Return postage to be paid by the customer.
All returns must be unworn, unused, and in new condition. Please include all packaging materials and gift boxes.

Guarantee: We guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects.  Please do not hesitate to contact us about any problem you may have with our products.  Customer Satisfaction has been the backbone of our success.

Payment:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, 

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to all orders in the state of  Arizona

Errors: Our goal is to provide all current information and pricing for all our products. In the event of a pricing error (we are only human), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price whether or the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has been charged you will be reimbursed for the charge.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or ommisions without prior notice. You will be notified of any pricing error when your order is received and you may choose to cancel the order or purchase the item for the correct price.
