Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. All orders are immediately processed and most will be shipped the next business day. However, all in stock orders will be shipped from this location within 5 business days.

For International orders, please contact us.

All orders are sent in a gift box.

Back orders: We will notify you if the product is out of stock. At that time you may choose to wait for the product to ship or you may request a refund. 

Insurance: We do not offer shipping insurance; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely.  If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it.  Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days.  If an order is lost (United States Packages Only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.


Return Policy

We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:

  • Wrong product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.
  • Defective Item  - If you received a defective product, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away if defective item is confirmed.

Guarantee: We guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects.  Please do not hesitate to contact us about any problem you may have with our products.  Customer Satisfaction has been the backbone of our success.

Payment:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to all orders in the state of  Arizona
